Michael Montlack is the author of the poetry collection Cool Limbo (NYQ Books, 2011) and the editor of the Lambda Finalist essay anthology My Diva (University of Wisconsin Press, 2009) as well as its poetry 'sister' Divining Divas (Lethe, 2012). His work has been published in various journals and anthologies, including Cimarron Review, Poet Lore, Gulf Stream, Gay and Lesbian Review, Bloom, Court Green and Columbia Poetry Review. He has been the recipient of residencies/fellowships from VCCA, Ucross, Lambda Literary Foundation, Squaw Valley and Tin House. He splits his time between New York City, where he teaches at Berkeley College, and Portland, Oregon. Â
